My complaint:
Hi I was drinking your bud light lime and my glass bottle lip broke when I opened it with a normal bottle opener. I love your beer I’m just sad cause I had to dump it out because I wasn’t sure if the glass fell into the beer.
Suggested solution:
I would love a Refund or a promotional coupon! I always drink your beer and I was so sad that I missed out on a bottle because of the glass!
