Bell Canada complaint: Lieing to make sales

My complaint:

We upgraded our cell phones with bell and the girl said I can give you a good deal for a TV package. We said as long as we get what we had with shaw. We mentioned channels and she said they were included so we took the offer. She also said the prices would be the same as long as we own the house.
When they installed it we didn’t have those channels and the price goes up in 12 months.
We called and said we wanted what we had if they could give us the same price as shaw. They couldn’t and wouldn’t. We are seniors we only took the deal because it was less money. Now they want more for what shaw gave us.

Suggested solution:

I would stay with bell if they would give us the same deal as shaw. They have lied to get our business and now we are stuck.
