My complaint:
The Manager at this location is extremely LAZY! Today is a snow storm and all the spots in front of this McDonald’s are filled with snow! They have over 5 people working or should I say staring at their phones instead of shoveling out their spots for customers. I also witnessed the manager standing out front smoking, talking on her cell phone watching her customers have a hard time pulling in the spots and walking through the slush. Meanwhile theres only 2 people working at the gas station that’s connected and all their spots are nice and shoveled out. Lastly the shift manager Katie is extremely rude, and is talking badly in front of the customers.
Suggested solution:
With as many people that they have working how hard would it be to send ONE person out to shovel out the spots and make sure that their customers aren't having a hard time pulling in or walking through all the snow. Also management should be retrained because none of them seem to know how to manage!
