My complaint:

I ordered a medium pizza on September 08, 2020, at 7:55 pm. My address is 4103 Chadbury Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. My name is Glenwood Lawhorn, phone 609 346-6906.

I called the location 2 times after I placed my order at 7:55 pm, to find out the status. I was told both times that the location only had two delivery drivers and thats what was delaying our order. The pizza finally arrived at 10:00 pm and it was very cold and burnt as if the store placed the pizza back in the oven to re-cook it. The pizza tasted was very nasty. If you were short handed on delivery staff. Why not tell us that you were not able to delivery the pizza to us.

We attempted to order from this location several other times, which the person taken the order confused our delivery order with a pick up order and we never received our pizza.

We loved domino’s pizza in the past. This location has the worst service we have ever dealt with. Totally unacceptable. I am not looking for a free pizza or refund. At this point I will never order from domino’s ever.
So sad.

Suggested solution:

A manager needs to work all shifts. I requested to deal to one, i was informed that no managers was on duty. This is also unacceptable. There should be someone on duty to complain to when we have a problem with an an order. A manager should be available for the customer to call them at work or at home.
