My complaint:

Got delivery after 2 hrs obviously cold food. Domino should not accept order if they can’t deliver. Domino app is inefficient which gives you wrong tracking to mislead you.

Suggested solution:

They should return money immediately and should not accept order if they can’t deliver it.
They should learn that pizzas should be consumed at max in 45 mins from preparation.
