My complaint:
I been trying to retain the services of a therapist or physiciateist for 4 months! I sat in the waiting area for 4 hrs before I decided to leave! And I was referred by my primary care physician to them so i gave them another chance.I called and I was supposed to hear back from them the same day but it took two weeks.and then after a 3 week game of phone tag still nothing.it seems that they are more concerned with recovering addicts than people who aren’t bit need help!
Suggested solution:
I feel that they are overwhelmed with attending addicts and they should either expand or something! My wait time is rediculous!
