My complaint:
My mother was allowed to leave Lourdes yesterday with people who are unknown to me. I was told she had made plans . She has been a dementia patient at the facility for four months and is administered by the Public Trustee. My call was returned at six in the evening by a person who insisted that my mother was not a dementia patient and that she had made arrangements to go out with her friend. The tribunal have her medical details. Her name is Jacquilyn Wills and the date the tribunal met was 11th February this year.
Suggested solution:
That a secure, locked facility will keep my mother safe. Also that the Public Trustee be officially advised that my mother is not receiving adequate care..
