My complaint:
I bought a pack of 20 fags frm the local shop on the 13.01.20 wen I opened the fags there was only 15 fags in the pack I’m not happy I payed 8.70 for 20 I expect 20.

Hello, i am so upset you recently changed the package for the 4th time in my life i have been smoking player light or filter since i was 13, the new packs are not only the smokes new which there awful i bought these at the most expensive, and now there all paper and the filter is longer and smoke shorter for the price and the most money for them then any other kind is awful since the new packs my husband and i drove all over the city trying to get the old packs and old players smoke.
