My complaint:
I brought a packet of John players green. when I got home and smoked one they wasnt even menthol I thought leave it a while and tried another one but no still the same. They wasnt menthol like the packet had stated and tasted disgusting to the point I felt really sick. I even went to another shop and brought more to find they was absolutely fine and was the same box and description as the other ones I am complaining about.
