My complaint:
About 3 months ago I purchased a dress on Wish.com and paid for it with my MasterCard. I was given an estimated date for delivery of approx. 3 weeks. A few days before it was supposed to be delivered I was notified of an unexpected delay and told it would be another 7-10 days. It never arrived. When I informed Wish.com I was told that per their policy a refund was available if I wanted it. I waited several days and informed them that I did. I was then told that I did recieve the dress and they would not refund my money. This went back and forth with me filing complaint after complaint and being told repeatedly that I was not getting my dress or my refund. Can you help?

The worsened company, I’ve deat with I wouldn’t recommend it or even purchase anything from them. The products sold are of substandard (poor quality). Some are never delivered and when you complain they tell you it was delivered.
