My complaint:
I ordered my set of brushes months ago and they still haven’t arrived. Almost exactly the same issues as the others on here. I emailed them and got a response telling me to be patient and look around but I knew for sure my item had not been delivered. They also emailed me the exact same autoreply email twice, one saying it was delivered a month before I even purchased the item? I addressed this in an email and it’s been weeks and not reply.
Suggested solution:
I want a reply. I want a proper solution and not just an autoreply telling me to be patient. I would like to have some sort of accommodation (refund, or package resent) for this as this whole situation is kind of ridiculous and not be told it’s my fault seeing many others have the same issue.
