My complaint:
I was upset my gallon of water was leaking and I wanted a new one. Tina springg gave me attitude, because I wanted a new one. She found one that was not located where the rest were. Then she said, go just go! I was upset, because of the way I was treated so I said, I am going to call to call corporate. Her brother said, Don’t threaten my sister (In a dangerous tone) I felt in danger so I pulled out my mace, he proceeded to pull out his knife. I felt danger so I said, I’m sorry I am going to leave. He proceeded to follow me with threats. Tina springg and hope started to scream, leave the store and don’t come back! I left as I was walking home he was in a car following me, he screamed, there the n-word is right there. I ran and called 911 as I felt my life was in danger. Suggested solution:
Please do not hire the interviewer that pulled the knife on me. Please fire Tina springg as she had bad customer service. Hopefully you can lift the ban for me to go into the store and fire hope the manager so I will not receive attitude if I am allowed back in the store.
