My complaint:
Mastradoni has an issue with not answering when hospitals call them about employees health. They are already stressing him to the point he’s becoming violent. My husband has been requesting days due to the fact he has a wife with severe health issues and it is causing tons of issues. He’s going to end coming home to a dead wife or one in a coma and there is no way to contact him because they do not answer.
Suggested solution:
Either shut down, new management or his hours changed
