My complaint:

Unjust treatment by a st vinces de paul volunteer on Saturday the 26th of october. In a time of finacial crises 2 adults and 4 children 3 with disabilities. My family are needing assistance with electricity bills bedding ,pillows food and clothing. I was intimidated harrassed accused of my server illness in control and I look fine. He is not a doctor nor has the right to give medical advice on my behalf. We had a house fire losing everything 4 years ago . He decided that was many years ago and is irrelevant. He refused to assist with a partial payment on my utility bills , raised his voice and put me in tears. He was inhuman compassionate left me shaking intears. I was polite and grateful. I mentioned how for 3 years I never rang for assistance and this is an emergency . He refused to listen and continued in his aggresive tone , making me feel I had to justify myself for being unwell and my situation. His behaviour is wrong . No women or person should be made to feel uncomfortable in this position simply due to extreme financial hardship and doing my best to look after my family . Please help and kindly reply .

Suggested solution:

Firstly some assistance with utility bills as promised and as I am eligible . I request that male volunteer never attend my home for future visits. For him to be spoken to and made aware of his abusive behavior , intimidation, interrogation and medical assumption . He is not a specialist doctor therefore has no right acting as one .Lastly a written apology .
