hi I own the rights to the name happy Thursday which is a registered trade name with company house in Jamaica it is owned by Keylargho beach a mother company that is owned by Alvin Johnson I notice it is used by other people who use facebook to advertise there parties in st anns jamaica
Suggested solution:
this name can and must only be use at Keylargho beach, not Windsor lawn where I notice it is currently being used
