My complaint:
I bought present from argos. Arrange delivery for exactly day I need it but I didnt get it. So cancel it and buy in shop another one. Next day they bring it to me, my miss didnt knew and took it. I try to talk to them to return it and get refund. I talk 4 times with different agent and all of them promis to do collection and refund money. But no action at all. Last time they even charge me pick up price but no one come.
Suggested solution:
Wanna get my money refund and compensation for nervous and wasting time
Now I speak with 8 different people from argos and still no action. Its real ingnor
I got all chats in my email like they promise me to do but actually doing nothing
