My complaint:

Staff who served me didn’t ask what we wanted and what filling we would like we had to tell him everything there was no ice he said not got any and it was cold so my wife phoned up and spoke to someone think his name was jack he was very polite and helpful the other lad needs more customer service my wife works in retail and she said you don’t treat customers like that

Suggested solution:

Sort the staff out at fleetwood lord street
