My complaint:
I shop in Asda every week more than once .Last week I bought a joint of gammon just has I were about to open it so I could cook it I noticed to my horror sealed inside it were a long black hair .I returned it to the store they offered s replacement and a voucher for £10 as a gesture of good will .I have received a letter basically saying they will review there standards and saying thanks for letting them know .I telephoned them to say I didn’t think a replacement and 10pounds were enough .They put me on hold several times eventually said the best they would do us another voucher for 15pounds .I think this is a apserlute insult clearly they have broke health and safety regulations not to mention I had to return back to the store in traffic so an all round 2 and a half hour trip
Suggested solution:
More than the amount they have offered and an explanation seen has I'm a regular customer with receipts to prove this at least 200 pound would be more of a gesture
