RyanAir complaint: Horrible

My complaint:

My flight from London to dansk it was nightmare first nice lady from boarding gate don’t let me in with 2 small children because how she was saying I was to late ( 40 minutes before flight) I ask her what I suppose to do now and what is with my bag she said that they will take from airplane ( they have time to take my bag from airplane but dont have time to let me in with children)and she said on the rude way ” if you manage with your two children to point F maybe you will fly today , you have one hour” I was running with them first I got to take my bag then to go to point F then they sayed that I have to buy new ticket £110 each (£330) before I paid £180, next fligh I will have 5.15pm (morning flight was at 6.45 am) 12 hours with children on airport when was already time to go they open the gates 20 minutes before flight, I got to run with them ,to get to boarding gate we got to drive two stops with train ,then we got long walk ,stairs… Could some one tell me how is this possible to get there on time ,I think mothers with children ,old people or disable don’t have chance.
