My complaint:
I recently came back from holiday in June to discovered water had been coming in through my window downstairs I then phoned my insurance who said that the water problem was coming through the brick work and as the weather was OK a couple of weeks before I can’t claim then a month later the water was still coming in I the phoned my Halifax additions home emergency who sent there professional work men out they think that the water was coming down from the roof mybe a loss tile but the next day the additions account told me I would have to pay about 800 to get the work done I complained to my additions account and my home insurance account I even checked the weather for March and April and May in March strong winds up to 50 to 60 April 50 to 60 as well just need some help on this
