My complaint:
on april 20th one of their customers hit our trailer and pickup and its load of a polaris razor and a sand car that were all damaged. they accepted fault of the wreck and now they will not return phone calls or pay what we agreed to. we talked to their representative and she agreed to an amount and we keep the damaged equipment.
Suggested solution:
I THINK THE BEST SOLUTION IS THAT THEY PAY WHET WE AGREED TO AND WE KEEP OUR EQUIPMENT AND IT WOULD BE ALL OVER AND SETTLED
