Alpha Phi complaint: Harassment

My complaint:

I am being harassed by neighbors, I have also been robbed of several thousand dollars of my property. Recently I received a friend request from Ellen Degeneres, except it was not her, it was a scam, stating that I won 2 vehicles and several million dollars.The person i was chatting with who claimed they were Ellen, told me that I was sent a notice about winning, and I should check my outside mailbox, that was the first tip, it was not Ellen, the vocabulary was childish looking, at that point I ended the conversation, looked at the details of the message and headers, the ip address is connected to the man that live at the end of the hall same floor as myself, I have also witnessed a person from Coleman Mental Heath Facility entering his apartment, he has has not left, my Phone was also hacked by him, the person that lives there, I had to get another phone. I have spoken with the office about this but it continues.

Suggested solution:

I want my property returned to me or I want to be compensated for my loss, I also want to be left alone, stop being harassed
