My complaint:
Good evening,
I purchased 2 hair straighteners from an AD I saw on Facebook. The hair straightener they advertised looked very good. I decided to purchase 2 as the deal was cheaper, however when they have arrived they are not what was advertised not heat settings just an on and off button. I have emailed the above mentioned. The responses I have received have not resolved the issue. I have requested a refund as I am not happy with the products they sent. A response they sent that I need to pay $50 to get my refund and only 40% will be returned after I send them back. I am not happy how they are handling this matter.
Suggested solution:
I would like the hair straighteners I paid for not a cheap replacement. I should be able to get what I paid for from the Advertised item.
I would like this resolved as soon as possible please. I have proof of the purchase.
I have the record of my emails I have sent and the responses. I have attached a copy of payment and what I received.
