My complaint:
I had to pay for my seats because the website of Ryanair became frozen on my cell. I tired many attempts to get free seats but to no avail. I was livid and still am because my bank account says I owe money. I should get reimbursed!
Suggested solution:
I would very much desire that Ryanair reimburse me the return seats I paid in euros which amounts to 112 euros.
