My complaint:
I’ve been asking Get Human to help me in contacting the USPS to resolve an issue for 25 days. So far they’ve not contacted me or sent me a promised code to use. All I receive are incessant emails asking me how I resolved my issue and asking me to rate the USPS. I respond to around 6 of these a day by emailing them that nothing has been resolved and requesting their help again.
Suggested solution:
I would like Get Human to do what they advertise. I\'m not sure what the problem is; I wish they\'d email me some sort of reason why it\'s taking so long. I certainly hope this is not taken as abuse, as I\'m honestly explaining the situation.
Thank you for accepting my complaint. This has been extremely frustrating. I just can’t believe that this established company can operate so poorly.
