My complaint:

The general manager at the Kenner location across from Dollar General and I share a daughter and use the store often as an exchange location. Yesterday when I pulled up to perform the exchange of our daughter, the General Mamager Darinisha Williams had two men waiting to ambush me in the parking lot in front of your store. One guy was at my window trying to persuade me out the car while his friend waited in the back with a pistol in his pocket. The man who was at my window said he wanted to talk to me regarding Ms. Williams. Not sure why since I have never met or heard of said person. A police report has been filed with the Kenner police department and they in turn will be visiting the location to retrieve the parking lot footage of the incident. I also have a witness who can verify everything seen on camera as well as what was said to me in my car.

Suggested solution:

I won’t tell you how to handle the situation just leave you with these facts. Under Ms. Williams watch customers have had guns pulled on them by your employees and she carry’s a weapon as well. To say this is a disregard for public safety is an understatement and very much out of control. Again I’ve taken proper legal action and intend to see this situation through to the fullest because I should never feel like my life is in jeopardy while doing and exchange at any of your locations let alone orchestrated by the leader of your store. Your store cameras will verify these incidents I’ve mentioned above I’m both sections.
