My complaint:
Our fridge freezer is approx 5 years old and the fridge door just literally came off in my hand!
If it had been one of my children they would have been badly hurt with the weight of the door alone n. This is not general wear and tear and should not happen!
Bush are apparently nothing to do with the welfare of their white goods and Argos are happy to replace the door for £90 call out charge!
I am refusing to pay as the damage is not our fault and had one of my children been close by the outcome could have been much worse.
I’m finding it impossible to get a number for the Bush manufacturing dept so I can make a complaint.
Suggested solution:
A new fridge door.
