My complaint:
This was sent to me from the Co.Nothing was refunded,I spoke with my bank in regards to any refund on my debit card.I was then after notifying them of no refund told a ck.would be sent.Also not received. I ve since sent 4 emails and have been hung up on 3x since. Original order 1351013 placed on 513 promised 1 wk.trial within ten min.withdrew and continued to wuthdrawn even after cancelation the next morning.

The refund was issued as you can see below, and I don’t know why the refund has reflected back to the mastercard ending in 3364. You can reach out to your credit card company and let them know that
the charges were unauthorized they’ll dispute the charges and refund the payements back to your card. You also have 3 charges a wall charger 9.95, 3 yr protction plan 13.99, and a additional tracker 12.95, please
advise if you would like to have a refund issued for that as well?
