My complaint:
Having got excited at the chance to get tickets for the X factor tour I hastily got on line to buy the 4 tickets I needed, at the top of the Google search engine I came across what looked like a genuine sight for buying tickets, having never booked to go to any concert in all my life before via the inter-net , so I being naive to these things I booked thinking I was buying from a genuine company, however after a few minutes of buying tickets I realize I’d paid far too much I then went back to my order to cancel two of the tickets there were only one way to try to review my order so as to get information on how to cancel, I pressed the resale button hoping for information or advise from the website I was then sent an E mail stating tickets are up for resale ,I E-mailed over over again but there’s no available e-mail address or Telephone no to contact the customer service How can these Evil conning people be allowed to get away with what there doing to people I can know longer look forward to going to the X factor show which I wanted to do as a Celebration for my 70th Birthday, I cannot re book to loose another large some of money
Suggested solution:
I would like them to be taken down from the website , and exposed for what they are a EVIL FRAUDULENT company how much longer can Google Search Engine allow this sight to Exist to continue to Rip people off , GOOGLE themselves are evil they must be getting millions a day with there joint SCAMS
