My complaint:

This is the second time we ordered from this Domino’s location since the Covid outbreak. Both times there were employee’s handling food without masks. The first time the only one wearing a mask was the girl at the register. The manager was called. I told my husband we can’t order from there again.
Tonight my husband decided to order while I was gone. When I got home, he told me everyone but the guy building the pizzas was wearing a mask. When he spoke to the manager he was told that the employee had a doctors excuse. REALLY?? Even if that was a thing in food service, why would you have him handling food ! Also, if they are blatantly not wearing masks in front of people, what are they doing to the food when we aren’t around. It really makes you wonder if the food really is contactless after it cooks. What happens if that guys is packing boxes after the cooking process. A doctors excuse doesn’t remove the germs. We are done ordering from Domino’s.

Suggested solution:

EVERYONE in the facility should be wearing a mask. Have managers that actually follow protocol and understand how dangerous handling food without masks can be.
