My complaint:
Dear Sirs,
This is not a complaint but one of your advisers told me that this is the only way to alert you , before the flight, about my circumstances.
I booked the above flights for my parents
Sadly. my mother had a heart attack on 17.5.2014 and will not be able to travel (a doctors note can be provided if required).
I took out insurance through yourselves under policy numbers 1000677533 & 1000677534 and would be grateful if you would kindly refund the cost of the flights which totalled £182.31.
If you require any further information please let me know.
