My complaint:
I bought a henry hoover vac from Tesco extra in walkden.
In jun 2018 the became faulty I 1st reported this in august 2019 they told me to find receipt as they needed prof ov purchase,
I check threw old bank Statements with no luck
Tesco told me they could not do anything.
I contacted nematic head office to see if they could help. To which they did excellent customer service unlike Tesco
They took the barcode from I could the ot was manufactured an sent to Tesco in jun 2018 am provided me with an email stating this an that the fault sound like a faulty motor as the light was on but no power when switched on. They also said the hoover was well within warranty. I forward this email to tesco to prove I purchased the hoover from them to be told i still can’t return the hoover an it be replaced or repaired as I had no receipt
I used to shop regularly at Tesco I will not be shopping there any longer.
Absolutely no customer service.
This shop is disgusting I can not afford a new hoover so iv just lost £130
The store is not will to help
