My complaint:
They lost our payment .
Charged late fees because they lost our payment
Reported on our credit report that they foreclosed on our house when they didnt .we sold our house in May 2015 they have on our credit report that they foreclosed in November 2015.
Suggested solution:
We want this off of our credit report.
We can not get a home loan because of it.
