My complaint:
My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 1211 until 1219. The television was broken by mistake and so t replaced it and they were to refund my money 200.00 for a TV exact match was only 99.00. After asking for a refund t the supervisor went to inspect the room and then said they smelled smoke mind you neither my husband or I smoke. At that time they charged me 200.00
again I guess if they couldn’t get me for the tv they decided to pull some mess on me. Remind you the person whom inspected the room signed off on a letter that the room was let in satisfactory condition.
