My complaint:
I’ve tried to send money to my mom from Missouri she lives in Mississippi and Western Union denied me the process to do so stating I can’t send any money to anybody anymore through their company. I’ve tried to tell them it’s not a scam but they won’t listen to me.
Suggested solution:
I need to be able to send money to my family when I get ready. I don\'t understand why you can\'t send money to who you want.
