My complaint:
Book my flight at 22:00 hours the day before departure, try to check in and didnt let me. When I arrive to the counter they wanted to charge 55 per person to check in.
If the airline doesnt allowed check in straight away after buying a flight they should have more flexibility about the counter check in.
We have lost our flight and all reservations for today.
Suggested solution:
I want Ryanair to reinvorce my flight ticket and car park, if the system is not working properly is not our fault.
