BIOVEA complaint: Erroneous automatic charging for self-delivery of the product.

My complaint:

I thereby state that I have not willing or aware registered a self-delivery (EZ-DISPATCH) for the product DHA-500, nor in any other way allowed to automatically use my VISA card registered with BIOVEA.
On the day day when I got informed about the dispatch of the product, I immediately informed that it is a fraudulent, erroneous order. To this request I received a reply from Customer Service (on 25082020) that, I quote We have canceled it [order no. 41913587].According to your Agreement of Use, Commandes, Prix et Promotions BIOVEA se réserve le droit d’annuler une commande à tout moment. Si une commande est annulée, le client sera remboursé dans les 48 heures ouvrables.
That is, after the cancellation of the order, a customer gets reimbursed within 48 hours.If return cost of shipping from Europe to America is on my account, it is approximately half of the cost of the whole product.I feel misused in this transaction.

Suggested solution:

I do not know. Reimbursement of the charge and a free return cost of the cancelled product or return of the product in Belgium?
