My complaint:
I had a very unsatisfying encounter with one of your employees at Bruxelles Charleroi Airport. She was rude, she was offensive and very in professional. She insulted me and my family, she throw my baggage and she didn’t even care. She’s tall and with a pixie haircut.

Suggested solution:
I want her to get fired, because she clearly isn't compatible with the job.
Because of her behaviour I don't intend to fly with ryanair ever again.
