My complaint:
Driver needs a refresher course in her communication with riders. The driver name tag says ****. She took over in Oklahoma City OK. Has been rude the whole trip. I fell asleep on bus when we arrived in Ok when i woke up i found myself locked in the bus, after some time had passed **** appeared i knocked on the window and got her attention and when i informed her that i was asleep and had gotten locked in she rudly said ma’am you have to get off thw bus i informed her that’s what I’m trying to do. Then in Tulsa she was even ruder, in talking to us as customers. I payed to ride not to be talked to in the manner she did. Plus every Greyhound bus station your bathrooms were filthy looks liked they haven’t been cleaned in days
