My complaint:
On 9-15-20 I called the Dispute Resolution Department to inform them that after 3-5 business days I hadn’t received my copies of the documents that was used to determine the final outcome of the dispute investigation. After verifying who I was, I was transferred to another person who never got on the phone. I kept my phone on speaker for 2 hours as I did other things. So the next day I checked my mail, there was nothing from Direct Express.
Suggested solution:
Send me the information I requested, which is a copy of the documents that was used in determining the final outcome of the dispute investigation.
