My complaint:
A friend of mine DhanishJain, has spent upwards if 12k on this game only to have his progress and VIP status removed with zero explanation. We as a community (over 10,000 active money spending players) will not spend a single penny on this game until our friend and mentor progress and status is reinstated.
Suggested solution:
Reinstate hus VIP status and return his progress!!
