My complaint:
There was this one guy who was just sitting at McDonalds inside. Plenty of other people would go in and just use their WIFI. So anyways the McDonalds people wouldn’t let the guy just sit there when everybody else uses the WIFI. Now this what ticked me off. They wouldn’t let him order nothing. So a customer ordered food for the guy and in the middle of when he was eating the manger and employees called the police. That what disgusted me. So they made the police escorted him out and he ate his food in the rain. In the rain. Until this matter get resolves, my family and I would never go to McDonalds again.
Suggested solution:
A public apology to the guy from all the managers and employees. A free meal or two for making eat in the rain.
