My complaint:
Hill Country’s new person in charge does not abide by rules of qualifications of seniors RIGHTS TO RIDE permits.
She heard about my HOMELAND SECURITY DEGREE wants to disrespect me on all levels.

The cost is $2.00 per trip for going to local affairs businesses within a certain distance.
Qualifications: SENIORS OVER 65; LIVING A DISTANCE FROM A BUS STOP WITH NO SIDEWALKS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH BACK OR LEGS.
i fit in all categories!! i qualify!!
i live where there is no sidewalk where i live all of the above.
this racist woman is angry at me for more reasons than one.
i call in on her drivers for speeding, driving with no hands, driving with one finger and one hand while gossiping with passengers in the back seat.
a few of her drivers be putting the passengers lives in danger with their reckless driving she does not want them to be turned in.
[deleted] refuses to give me her corporate office number the name of her boss.
i believe that [deleted] even set a few of her drivers up against me to get revenge on me by harassing me by any means necessary.
this women had me to fill out the qualification paperwork 3 times just to deny me under false rules. she claims that i did not respond to the denial letter but she lied.
now she tells me that i have to wait 6 months before i am ever considered again.
she even tried to deny me rides, earlier in the year by claiming that my expiration date was up 1-11-2018 argued with me about it but my expiration date is 11-2018.
each time i returned the papers back and complied as well as qualified.
i believe that she has relatives and contacts who she gave out my medical schedule to so management can enter my apartment comfortably why i am absent from home.
i use to run back forth to the doctors for major stomach issues and throwing up often because i know that my food or drink was being tampered with.
now i do not because i plaster tape my keyhole.
someone by the last name [deleted] was my maintenance man who treated me with negative energy.
this is why i tape my keyhole up and i have been doing it for around two years.
again, each time, i returned all of the requalifications papers back to the office.
nothing has changed from the beginning but my age.my medical records are the proof.
if [deleted] power or powers qualify, then i more than qualify. we live in the same apartment building and she still qualifies. she tells me that she rarely sees a doctor have no leg nor back problems.
[deleted] yells at me and tells me that she has taken over and i don’t qualify now.
Suggested solution:
I want a senior transportation card ASAP because I qualify.
I want for her to be replaced with someone who isn\\\'t a biggot and a racism.
The bus transportation needs a TRANSPORTATION CLERK II who will be fair in application acceptance as well as punish those wreckless drivers and fire racist field supervisor because he attacked me unjustly two or three times because of their unprofessional drivers attacks on me.
