My complaint:
On a previous occasion my husband had an argument with one of the employees at Footaction at The town East mall in Mesquite TX. We visited the store today ready to purchase 2 shoes when we were suddenly escorted out by mall security and Police. We were told Dontae, a manager, had called because of the argument and wanted us out. We were never notified when he had the argument with the manager that he was never welcomed back and no one ever approached us besides the police. Worst part is we were on a family outing with our 8 month old daughter in hand. I’m disgusted you allow your employees to do this over an argument. My husband never threatened his life or hit him but the situation was taken that way. When you are a manager your there to de-escalate situations not make them 10 times worse and embarrass your customers.
Suggested solution:
I want an apology and repercussions for the employee who had the audacity to call the police on customers who were doing nothing wrong!
