My complaint:
My wife telephoned Rebound Revolution at Talsiman Business Park in Bicester for information about the food.
We make these calls regularly as our son has Anaphylaxis and are usually given the desired information with no fuss or hassle.
The manager on duty yesterday (01072019) was very rude and dismissive, not answering questions about ingredients or safe preperation areas and said that our son shouldnt eat there.
We find this discriminatory and excluding attitude unnacceptable and have asked for advice regarding the legality of the managers attitude to food safety.
Suggested solution:
An apology from the manager in question, education for them regarding customer relations and information on allergens bieng available.
