My complaint:
It was a Non Smoking Room. This Room had Cigerets in Trash Can in Room, burnt Marks on Bedding. Floor wasn’t vacumed and it had stains in Carpet. Windo wasnt aloud to be open, and Air Conditioner didn’t work. TV had no channels that worked, no Ice Bucket, Ice Machines out of Service, Tolite filthy, Towels stained like They were used for wiping something that was burning. It was so gross I had to leave withoit saying anything. Front Desk promised to fix Airconditioner , but never came to room, and never called Room. Of course no Phone in Room.
Suggested solution:
This situation would make Me happy to be refunded for all the issues with that Room please.
