My complaint:
I ordered a pack of 5 sanitizers on April 4, 2020 and paid $22 plus $11 shipping. I waited more than two months and still hadn’t received it (the company made me wait that long to be eligible for refund). (Order : 5e8a2203fbee99285f807891). On July 4 I was given a partial refund of the shipping price only. I STILL haven’t received it — you owe me $22! Now I try to inform you that I should get a whole refund and you tell me it’s past the refund date!! I WAS PATIENT AND YOU PUNISH ME! I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS AND NEED TO BE REFUNDED!

REFUND MY $22.00 IMMEDIATELY. I PAID FOR IT -- AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF THE SANITIZERS!!!!
It cannot be too late to refund me because I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS!
