My complaint:
As soon as I saw orders on my PayPal I contacted wish to tell them I didn’t order the items. My granddaughters were messing with my phone and did not know that the payments are automatically go to PayPal. They didn’t think the orders were real. I asked wish that night and into early morning to cancel orders. They refused to. I explained I didn’t order them. I’m on disability 70 years old and I don’t have the money for everything ordered. I was told to send an email but every time I hit send it would not go.
Suggested solution:
I want them to stop all orders They are being processed and some are pending. Please ask them to not take any more money from me and stop orders and refund money. Ordered say they will be worked on August 30. So they have time to stop them. Thank you
