My complaint:
Gabrielle the driver drop my order at a completely different house Neighborhood. It was the woman where she drop the pizza off call my number and told me that she had my pizza. and she tried to get in contact with the driver and the driver took off.The same effort this lady made and calling me to tell me that she has my pizza the driver could’ve called me and asked me for direction but she choose to do the opposite but leaving my food for my children at a different house different location not in my. I called to speak with Joseph and ask for a refund and they took my order off the computer where I could not put a review in and then I asked for the district manager and he told me to call someone 800 hundred and. Joseph the manager had no care he didn’t care no empathy no I have to find something else for my children to eat because the driver chose not to deliver to my food at my house and I ordered from Domino’s before they have my house information and every auto drive or have called me and ask for direction this young lady choose not to and just drop my food at some random house. And she is having sex with the manager Joseph.
Suggested solution:
The manager and a delivery driver needs to be fired because they have no care when I came up to the building and ask for a refund he cancel my order And gave me some written hand receipts because he did not want me to put a complaint against the driver that he’s having sex with both of them need to be fired
