My complaint:

delivered to wrong address- after calling they informed me I could go pick up the pizza at the other address or I could come pick up a new pizza. They offered no refund or any extra items and I had to pick up a new pizza and hour and half later. When picking it up they told me I need to make sure my building number is on the address and it was. arrogant prick
